The hull of this 1999 Larson 254 Cabrio is in good shape overall. The gelcoat is a 6 or 7 out of 10 as far shine. It was absent of many scratches/gouges with exception of the aft port hull area where there was one found.
The cockpit area upholstery was in very good condition with no rips, cuts or stitching coming apart. All the seat upholstery was clean and well maintained.
The helm station gauges and switches were all in working order and were clear to read.
The cabin area upholstery was clean and in good condition. There were no rips, tears or stitching coming loose. The cabin area was clean. The cushions were all in good shape.
The aft berth was cluttered with storage items but appeared to be in good condition.
The cockpit Bimini was clean and in good shape. The Bimini also has attaching front, side and rear curtains. The front plastic curtain has some damage at the bottom and it's lost its transparency. The two side and aft curtains are in good shape.
Then engine compartment and bilge area where clean. The engine started on the first attempt and idled without issue.
