Current seller purchased this vessel 2 years ago...and HAS NOT USED IT SINCE PURCHASE!
Boat has been inside stored for 2 years. Prior to that, owner kept her on a boat well lift.
Boat is in very good condition and the previous owner rebuilt her from bottom up. Cabin still needs a bit of work, but all the materials are with the boat/included w/sale.
